Word Rush

This is a simple word typing game. Try to get a high score, avoid mistakes.

This is a fast-paced game that puts your typing speed and accuracy to the test! Words will appear on the screen one by one, and your mission is simple: type them correctly before time runs out.

How to Play

- Words will appear on the screen. 

- Type each word exactly as shown, as soon as you get the last letter correct, you will be awarded points - and a new word.

- Do not let the timer run out, or the game will be over.

- You get 3 mistakes per game, there are no ways to gain lives. Make the most out of the limited lives.

- For each completed word, you will be awarded points. How many, depends on how fast the word was completed.

- You will get a chance to double points for 20 seconds once the Power Bar is filled in. But beware, mistake will cut your gained Power in half.
 

Disclaimer: I've used ChatGPT to generate a list of words for the player to complete (currently about 1000+ words).

Notes from the developer...

I'm a web developer by trade with some photography done on the side. While game development was always something I wanted to try, I never got the time. After staring at lines of code for 5 days a week, last thing I wanted to do is work on more code in my spare time. :)
